Return Eligibility

Due to food safety regulations, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

Item must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery or purchase

Item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Proof (photos/videos) of the issue must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Frozen food that has been opened, used, or thawed

Items not stored properly after delivery or purchase

Change of mind or personal preference

Items returned after the allowed reporting time

Damaged, Thawed, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives:

Thawed or spoiled

Damaged packaging affecting product safety

Incorrect item received
