Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during holidays, weekends, or periods of high order volume.

We use insulated packaging and shipping methods designed to help maintain frozen product quality during transit. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, being available to receive the package, and properly storing frozen products immediately after delivery.

JJ Food Enterprise is not responsible for spoilage, thawing, or damage that occurs after delivery due to delayed receipt, failed delivery attempts, or improper storage by the customer.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and products for review.
